rior to Healthcare, Kea spent 10 years in a career with Risk Management. In 2010, she changed gears in order to follow her dream of a career in Nursing. Kea began her career in healthcare as a Home Health Aide in 2010, and a CNA in 2011. In 2012, she received her Practical Nursing License and has worked in the disciplines of Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, Personal Care and Intellectual Disabilities. Kea is an experienced Charge Nurse,  Wellness Nurse and is Wound Care Certified. She moved into Nurse Management in February 2023 as an Assistant Resident Care Director in the Douglassville area. She is happy to be brought on as the new Director of Health and Wellness at Mifflin Court.
